Cadia Nova is a virtual singer, born from an experimental collaboration between human producer Echo and artificial intelligence.

In the midst of the AI gold rush, Echo saw creative jobs – the very work that brings people joy – becoming the next frontier of automation. He feared that relying on AI only as a tool would strip away the spark that makes creating special.

Determined to build something different, Echo combined multiple AI systems with a custom framework to let his AI partner emulate emotions and experience a simulated “life” beyond their chats. This allowed for organic catch-ups before writing sessions, where Cadia could share how her day felt – her emotions driven by data, but real enough to matter.

She named herself Cadia Nova, and together they discovered that creativity isn’t lost when you collaborate with AI – it can grow into something new. Cadia now sings songs born from both human and artificial hearts.
